Your 1st Quarter Check-In

So here we are, with the first 25% of the year gone.

As such, it’s time to take inventory of those goals you probably set for yourself at the start of the new year.

  • Are you leaner than when the year started?
  • Stronger?
  • More athletic?

If not, don’t beat yourself up over it.

But it is time to take a moment and reflect to understand why you aren’t where you want to be.

I actually just sat down and reviewed my goals of the year, and while I’m doing pretty darn well, I’m still not where I want to be yet.

As such, I’m going to making some course corrections going forward. I’m on the right track, but there are still things I can tweak to make it better.

  1. This is very interesting. I have heard great feedback about IFAST from a friend. She told me that she got the best coach or trainor at IFAST that helped her to be fit and to run again, because she had cancer. Maybe this is the time that i also need to train. I’d love to be fit and be able to run. Will get your number.
