So here we are, with the first 25% of the year gone.
As such, it’s time to take inventory of those goals you probably set for yourself at the start of the new year.
- Are you leaner than when the year started?
- More athletic?
If not, don’t beat yourself up over it.
But it is time to take a moment and reflect to understand why you aren’t where you want to be.
I actually just sat down and reviewed my goals of the year, and while I’m doing pretty darn well, I’m still not where I want to be yet.
As such, I’m going to making some course corrections going forward. I’m on the right track, but there are still things I can tweak to make it better.
