Why do I STILL have knee pain?

written by Bill Hartman

Many times knee pain isn’t the result of damage. Perhaps you’ve been told that you have poor patellar tracking (your knee cap isn’t positioned well), you have chondromalacia patellae, fat pad impingement, torn meniscus, or some other structural change. Just because you have changes in your knee, it doesn’t mean that the change is source of your knee pain. Oftentimes, it’s just that you can’t vary the position of your knee enough.
