THREE Ways You Can Start at IFAST This Summer!

written by Mike Robertson

I don’t know about you, but when summer time rolls around, our family schedule shifts quite a bit.

The obvious example here is that there’s no school!

But more than that, it just feels like our priorities get shifted around as well.

And one of the great things about summer is that while there’s a lot of stuff that we have to do during the school year, now it feels like there’s more time to do the things we want to do instead!

So every summer, I get asked one question a lot more than usual:

How do I get started at IFAST?

And this summer, we’ve made it even easier than ever before – with THREE unique ways you can start at IFAST!

Now I know that if there are too many options, you’ll probably choose none.

Please – don’t do that!

What I’d suggest is scanning the options below to see what might interest you, and then if you have ANY questions at all, please call (317.578.0998) or email us ([email protected]) and we can find the best program for you.

Now without any further ado, let’s discuss…

#1 – Our Fit by the 4th Challenge

Our Fit by the 4th Challenge is an awesome way to kick start your progress this summer.

If your goal is to lose weight, tone up, and have more energy, then this event would be an awesome fit for you.

Here are a few highlights about this program:

  1. We pair the awesome training at IFAST with Mike Roussell’s MetaShred diet to help you get the fastest results possible,
  2. Weekly check-ins to keep you accountable and make sure you’re on track, and
  3. UNLIMITED access to our Athletika bootcamp classes to keep your energy and spirits up throughout!

#2 – Our Student Summer Package

One thing we’re passionate about here at IFAST is teaching our youth how to work out in a safe and effective manner.

But chances are showing up to the high school or University weight room isn’t the best place to learn those skills… 🙂

So if you have a high school or college age student and they want to learn how to work out over the summer, have them ask about our Student Summer Package.

For only $395, they’ll get the following:

  • A success session with a coach, where we can determine their specific needs/goals,
  • A customized training program that’s 100% geared towards their unique needs and goals, and
  • 10 coaching sessions, to make sure they’re doing everything in the gym safely and effectively.

If know a high school or college student who’s back in town for the summer, the summer package would be a great place to get them started.

Option #3 – The Summer Soccer Intensive

Believe it or not, the soccer season is finally staring to wind down.

And while the off-season isn’t long, there is a short window where these athletes can take their game up a notch.

At our IFAST Studio in Sogility, we’re working together with the guys there to create a complete off-season soccer program.

The Summer Soccer Intensive at Sogility is an off-season training program 90-minute training session that will break down int:

  1. Skill-specific work on the ball with the TOCA machine, and
  2. Athletic development training with Danny to help improve speed, quickness and strength.

I can’t tell you how excited I am about this program, as it truly merges both the athletic development and skill-specific sides of soccer.

If you have a young soccer player who is serious about taking their game to the next level, you can learn more about the Summer Soccer Intensive via the links below:
