Good Posture? There’s no such Thing.

There’s no one posture that is best. It depends on where you are, what you’re doing, and who you are. Posture should be able to change and adapt as you need it to whether you’re sitting at your desk, bending over to pick up your newspaper, or standing in line at the bank. The key is to be adaptable. It’s only when we lose adaptability that we experience pain and limitations. Here’s an explanation.
