In many golfers, shoulder turn is limited by undesired muscle tone along the spine and the inability to turn the spine and ribcage effectively due to the way they breathe. These two exercises with help with both of those issues.

Perform 3 sets of 3-5 breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth emphasizing a complete exhale and a normal inhale. Avoid trying to take a deeper breath.

Try your swing before doing them and compare it afterward.  You’ll feel the difference immediately
