Unfortunately, it’s that time of year.
You know the one – where everyone is busy making New Year’s Resolutions and trying to determine what kind of shape they’ll be in by this time next year.
It’s too bad, really, because people start off with great intentions but often fall far short of their goal.
A good portion of this is a lack of long-term commitment and motivation.
But what if you want to be the exception? What if you are serious about making 2011 your best year ever?
That’s where we come in….
Here’s what I want you to do: Take a picture of yourself with as little clothing on as possible. Guys, boxers or briefs, it doesn’t matter. Au natural wouldn’t be my preference, but whatever works for you 😉
Ladies, a sports bra and shorts or bikini you’d like to wear this summer are ideal.
You don’t have to show the pictures to anybody. Simply snap the photos, print them out, and place them either on your fridge, or next to your computer or bathroom vanity.
Bottom line? Place this picture somewhere that you’ll see it not only daily, but frequently every day.
If you like what you see and your body is in great shape, fantastic!
But if not this subtle, daily reminder, can help keep you focused.
If you’re serious about making 2011 your best year ever, you should also seriously consider hiring a coach that can help get you there faster and more effectively. At IFAST, we offer a 30-day trial for only $89; this includes a one-hour assessment and up to 12 fitness coaching sessions.
If at the end of the trial we haven’t proven within a shadow of a doubt how we can help you achieve your goals, we don’t deserve your business. Period.
Set up your appointment by calling (317.578.0998) or e-mailing ([email protected]) Kara. She’ll get you booked for an initial consultation, and then your assessment.
What do you have to lose?
All the best
P.S. – If you sign a contract before the end of January, we’re offering 10% off PER MONTH. This discount could save you anywhere from $20-$40 PER MONTH. So don’t delay – give us a call today to get signed up for your trial!
