Men’s Health Magazine Editor and Fitness Author to Visit Indianapolis Fitness and Sports Training, Ranked Top 10 Best Gyms by Men’s Health Magazine

Adam Campbell, Author of the upcoming Men’s Health Big Book of Exercises, The TNT Diet, and current Features editor of Men’s Health Magazine, will be coming to Indianapolis Fitness and Sports Training (IFAST) August 19th.  IFAST was recently named to Men’s Health Magazine’s Top 10 Best Gyms in the country, and Campbell wants to experience IFAST first hand.

“It’s flattering to be included in the top 10 gyms in the country based on the opinion of the top fitness magazine in the country,” says IFAST co-owner Bill Hartman.  “We’ve only been in business for about a year, but we bring over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry to the Indianapolis community.”  IFAST co-owner Mike Robertson adds, “Adam will be getting the full IFAST experience from our industry standard-setting assessment, our specialized exercise programs, and the best part, the team atmosphere that we maintain in our gym.”
