Attitude and Commitment the IFAST way

written by Bill Hartman

One of the things we pride ourselves on at Indianapolis Fitness and Sports Training is the level of commitment our clients show and the attitude they present.

You can come into the gym on any day and at any time and literally see what I’m talking about.

It doesn’t matter what their goals are.  Our clients consistently show the intensity required to truly achieve their goals.  They’re not satisfied with a good workout.  They want the perfect workout.  The workout that will move them one step closer to their ideal weight, their best vertical jump, their best bench press or squat, or playing with less pain.

To be brief, they get it.

Yesterday, while the entire city of Indianpolis was snowed in, our 6 a.m. weight loss group was at the gym (before the snow plows by the way) like it was any other day.  They made a decision when they came to us for help that they were going to do whatever it took to achieve their goals.  Snow or no snow.

We had a new client come in yesterday to take advantage of the 14-day free membership offer.  I know he’s going to be a great client and perfect match for our attitude at IFAST.  He was snowed in to such a degree that he couldn’t make it in to work, but he was able to dig himself out in time for his assessment appointment.

Imagine the progress you could make in this atmosphere.  It’s said that you’re the average of the people that you spend the most time with, so if you want to be successful, spend time with successful people.  If you want to start a weight loss program in Indianapolis, there’s really only one place to go where you can be certain that the program and environment are ideal for your needs.

Remember, you get to try it for free because we know you won’t want to go anywhere else.  You can look like and feel like the person you really want to be.  You can perform at the best of your physical abilities.  All you have to do is start today.

Imagine how life would be if you achieved your fitness goals.

Imagine how life would be if you don’t.
