Charity Bootcamps, Transformation Contests, And More!

written by Mike Robertson

As you guys know we’re getting prepped for our first ever bootcamp class this week.  Needless to say, this is incredibly exciting – and a bit overwhelming, too!

And I’m not even the one teaching the class 🙂

Regardless, I wanted to take a moment and give you guys a few updates on the classes, as well as what you can expect in the coming months from IFAST.

Charity Bootcamps Are Up First

The charity camps start this week, and we’re going to have a different instructor each of the first 3-weeks. We’re going to use this time to figure out how best to run out camps, work out the kinks, and to dial things in going forward.

Keep in mind the fee is only $10 for these camps, and ALL the proceeds go to support the Down Syndrome of Indiana foundation. We still have a few spots open, so e-mail or call us immediately if you’re interested in attending!

One thing I keep hearing come up is that people are nervous about being in good enough shape. One of the things we’ll do is help customize the program to you – in other words, if you aren’t in great shape, or maybe your flexibility isn’t all that great, we can dial things back a bit until you get more comfortable.

And don’t worry – if things are too easy, we can always make things harder!

Transformation Contest Starts October 3rd!

Our actual bootcamps will officially start on Monday, October 3rd, and they’re going to start off with a bang!

Our first-ever transformation contest will be a great way to get into our bootcamps at a fraction of the cost. You can find our standard pricing information HERE, but if you register for our transformation contest prior to October 3rd, you can get 6-weeks of 3x/week bootcamp (a $300 value) for only $97!

What’s even cooler is that everyone entered in the transformation contest will be eligible to win close to $1,000 in prizes! Just some of the things we’ll be offering are:

  • A 90-minute deep tissue massage with sports massage therapist Terry Fletcher
  • A hair styling by my good friend Shelbi Johnson of Bellismo Salon and Spa
  • 3-months of FREE 3x/week bootcamp,
  • And much more!

If you want to register for the transformation contest, you’ll need to either attend one of our charity camps, or the Learn to Burn introductory class (which I’ll discuss below).

Bootcamp Class Schedule is Set!

I’ll keep this one simple – for now we’re offering two standard class times; one AM and one PM class.

AM Class – M-W-F at 6 am

PM Class – M-T-Th at 6 pm

We’re also hoping to offer an 8 am class on Satuday’s in the very near future.

Learn to Burn Class Saturdays at 9 am

For those of you who don’t currently train at IFAST but want to get started with our bootcamps, the first thing you’ll need to do is register for one of our Learn to Burn classes.

This is an introductory class where we’ll teach you the basics of our training – how to foam roll, how to stretch effectively, basic movements, etc.

Keep in mind, you MUST attend this class if you want to start in bootcamps. We’ll offer this class every Saturday at 9 am, and there is no charge. Only 10 spots are available each week, so please schedule ASAP.

2-Weeks Free!

Finally, if you’re interested in giving us a shot, we’re interested in getting you in here – even if it costs us a bit up front.

For all new bootcamp members, you can get your first 2-weeks of bootcamp FREE just for coming in. That includes your Learn to Burn introductory class, and up to 6 bootcamp sessions over the course of two weeks.

If you don’t realize within 2 weeks that we’re the place for you, then we don’t deserve your business. Period.

So that’s it – whether it’s a charity camp, the Transformation Contest, or anything else, we’re very excited to see what our bootcamps can do for you.

Give us a call today at 317.578.0998 0r e-mail us at [email protected] to learn how IFAST can help you achieve your fat loss and physique oriented goals.

Good luck and good training!
