He got under the 16 minute mark for the 5K for the first time!
15:58 on a legit course which had some rolling hills.
His breathing was under control the entire time and he felt like the first mile (a 4:55) was “no effort at all”.
His training for the Youth Olympic Games is going very well!
He is feeling like everything is falling into place for 5 weeks till the race!
