I’ll be the first to admit that if I lived in a world where every piece of clothing I owned had IFAST emblazoned across the chest, I would happily live there forever.

More and more gyms across the country are creating a special Cool Kids Club for the women lifters. The two that I’ve seen that I like the best are Bar Belles and Miss Fits, UNTIL NOW.

As most of my homies know, I’m kinda sportin’ a #girlcrush on the goddess known as Wonder Woman. I love her strength, her beauty, her kindness, and her general overall bad-assery. I am also a firm believer that we should all be embracing our inner-superheroes.
