Hybrid personal training is an effective and affordable way to get a great workout.

Athletes and members are placed into small groups of 2-4, and work out alongside each other.

Now if you’re anything like our clients and athletes, you’re probably thinking something like this:

“But I’m not in great shape/just getting started/coming off an injury – how can I possibly work out with someone else?”

It’s simple, really: Every program we write is customized to the individual standing in front of us.

In other words, even though you will be training at the same time as other members, you will likely be doing completely different exercises than the other people in your group.

Since there really isn’t a “typical” IFAST client, on any given day you could be training next to a professional athlete, a stay-at-home mom, a retired doctor, or high school student.

If there is an over-arching theme, however, it’s that all of our members are focused on the concept of improvement. They realize that progress in the gym often equates to more success at work, at home, and in every other aspect of their life.
