Hey friend!
I’m sorry it’s been a while since I’ve written, but it’s been a hectic couple of months.
Shutting down for 10 weeks due to a pandemic led to re-opening…and dealing with all of the legal and administrative hoops we had to jump through to make that happen.
From there, re-opening led to A TON of coaching.
It felt like every athlete I’ve worked with in recent memory was in an “off-season” and ready to get into the gym.
And THEN, after all that, Fall really did hit.
The kiddos finally started school.
Both played rec plus soccer, which amounted to 4 days per week of practices and games.
And of course, we were just trying to navigate life like everyone else 🙂
Regardless, I’m writing today because we’ve had a massive amount of interest in fall sports camps.
And starting in a little over a week, we’re going to make that happen!
Fall Athletic Development Camps 2020
Our fall sports camps are designed for kids ages 10-13 who want to become better movers and athletes.
The primary focus here is to get them off the field, court or pitch for a little while and give them the tools they’ll need to be successful going forward.
To improve their mobility, flexibility and balance.
To make them faster, quicker and more agile.
And to start building the movement literacy necessary so they can be better athletes in the next couple of years, but ultimately, to help them be better movers – and healthier people – for the rest of their lives!
Our Fall Sports camps will start the Week of November 2nd, as I realize a lot of people are on Fall Break right now.
If you’re interested in signing your child up, we have two options:
- 3x/Week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday, OR
- 2x/Week – Tuesday and Thursday
Classes will be held at both 4 and 5 pm, and are limited to 6 kiddos per class.
If you’re interested in signing up, please call us a buzz at 317.578.0998, or email us at [email protected].
We think these camps are going to be a great way for your young athlete to take their game – and athleticism – to the next level!
All the best,
MR
