Week 1 of the IFAST Phyisque Transformation Challenge is in the books!
Due to the holiday weekend, we weren’t able to weigh the contestants in on Monday like we normally planned. However, this gave us an added benefit – we got to see if they stuck to their diets over the holiday weekend!
I’m very happy about the first week’s results; here are the numbers:
Brody – Down 3.4 pounds
Jen – Down 4.2 pounds
Nick – Down 5.4 pounds
Jeff – Down 2.8 pounds
So everyone was down, and they netted an average of 3.95 pounds lost across them! Great job guys!
My wife Jessica started reviewing the diets yesterday as well, and I think once we combine better nutritional habits with the exercise program we’ve designed, the contestants are going to see some amazing results.

I can’t thank Mike and Bill enough for everything they have done for me. I am not training to compete, but I am working on getting into the best shape I possibly can. After working out at IFAST for 3 months I am much stronger, I have better posture, and I have much more energy.
I have always been active and enjoy working out, but it wasn’t until I joined IFAST that I truly understood how I should be working out. Mike and Bill’s training knowledge is amazing! We are truly lucky to have such an amazing team right here in Indianapolis!!
My favorite thing about iFAST is that they don’t treat me like a girl. That may sound funny, but it is true. They push me just like they push the guys in the gym. They make sure I am challenging my body to perform the best it can.

It’s a busy week this week at Indianapolis Fitness and Sports Training as usual.
It seems that word is getting around Indy that IFAST is the place to get results. We’re starting more new clients each week.
Here’s a few highlights:
Garrett D. has been with us for just 2 weeks and he’s lost 14 pounds and shows no signs of slowing down.
Bob J., who was told to stop exercising by doctors because of a several decades of lower back pain, is practically pain-free and is now more active than anyone expected and leading by example in training his group of young wrestlers.
Alonia C. won her first figure competition (on her first try no less) and has just started to prepare to take her second title in about 12 weeks.
Aaron C. has begun is weightlifting (the Olympic kind) training here at IFAST. In talking to him after his training session tonight, he commented “how could anyone not fit in here. This is obviously the place for serious people to get results.”

With the new month just getting started it’s often time to do a quick recheck of your status in your efforts at a weight loss program.

As I write this the morning fat loss group has just left to take on their day.
JK continues to impress by maintaining her goal weight. She’s even reduced her total exercise time with no negative effects. It just goes to show you how powerful consistency can be. It’s about lifestyle changes.
Chris T. is down 30 pounds in just 12 weeks. We remeasured his skinfolds and noted some rather significant changes. As Chris noted today, “I’m more than 25% toward my goal weight in only 12 weeks.” Based on Chris’ efforts in the gym, there’s not doubt he’ll be to his goal faster than he ever imagined.
Lindsay just finished her first month with us at IFAST and she’s down 10 pounds. Her natural athleticism has allowed Lindsay to pick up on our fat loss program like she’s been at it for months. I bet some of our guy members couldn’t keep up with her intensity.
The question I always ask our clients is what could you do this week better than last week? Sometimes it’s bumping up the exercise intensity. Sometimes it’s refining your meal planning.
