We have multiple membership options, which help us better customize every program to you! Which membership option you choose is based off your current fitness levels, your specific needs, and how quickly you’d like to achieve your fitness goals.
Trial and Introductory Rates
Let’s be honest – many of you reading this may not know the difference between a good trainer or a bad one.
At IFAST, we put our money (and our time) where our mouth is.
We will give you two weeks of training absolutely free (or 30-days for $39) to let you test-drive our facility. We’ll take you through your fitness assessment, develop an individualized training program, and even coach you for up to 12 sessions so you can see and feel the difference.
If we can’t convince you during your trial that we’re the best gym in Indianapolis, you can walk away with no obligation whatsoever. It really is that simple!

30-Days – $39
Elite Training Package
For someone who is just starting out, or truly wants to maximize their gains and reach their goals quickly, three times per week is the perfect option. This package includes monthly program updates, up to twelve-group fitness coaching sessions per month, and unlimited gym usage.
Short-term agreement – $399/month
Annual agreement – $349/month
Standard Training Package
Two sessions per week is a great middle ground – most importantly, you get the increased supervision (and motivation!) of working with an IFAST coach two times every week. This package includes monthly program updates, up to eight-group fitness coaching sessions per month, and unlimited gym usage.
Short-term agreement – $299/month
Annual agreement – $249/month
Basic Training Package
One time per week is a great option for someone who is very comfortable around a gym, and has already made great strides in their fitness programming. This package includes monthly program updates, up to four-group fitness coaching sessions per month, and unlimited gym usage.
Short-term agreement – $199/month
Annual agreement – $159/month
Distance Programming, Assessments and Consultations
Many clients regularly drive from Chicago, Louisville, and even St. Louis to receive our total-body assessment and fitness programming. This is an ideal option if you want to know what’s going on with your body, as well as what you need to do to lose weight, add muscle, or simply decrease pain and improve resiliency.
