It begins with a comprehensive functional assessment. This includes the needs of the athlete and the needs of the athlete’s sport and specific position. This identifies the gap between where the athlete is and where he or she needs to be for optimal on the field performance.

Once the assessment is complete, specific abilities like power, strength, speed, flexibility, and endurance are prioritized in order of need for the athlete within the individually designed exercise program. The athlete is then coached through the training program paying specific attention to technique and monitoring fatigue to assure injury-free sports performance.

Reassessments at regular intervals assure consistent progress toward the athlete’s goals and his or her potential best performance.
